Assigning Customer Account Codes in iManage


iManage now has the ability to assign account codes / reference numbers to your customers. iManage is all about building your customer database and having all your job and customer documentation in one place, accessible anywhere in the world 24/7. Applying account codes or a reference number can make life a little easier, and we are all for making life easier for everyone!

To apply an account code to your iManage Customer  follow these steps:

– Sign in to your iManage web portal

– Click on the Customers Button (alternatively you can use the search function to find customers)

– Find the customer you wish to edit and select the dropdown box on the right. Here you can edit all customer information, and adding account numbers is as easy as filling in the relevant box at the top.
