Can my plumbers use the app without signal?
Yes. Engineers can complete job sheets, take photos, capture signatures and log time fully offline. Everything syncs the moment they hit a signal.
Does it handle gas safety certificates?
You can attach Gas Safety records, CP12s, benchmark sheets and any PDF or photo to a job. Certificates are filled out in your usual tool; Onsite Pro keeps them linked for audit.
How does it work for a plumbing team?
Office staff log in to the dashboard (£70/admin/month) and engineers use the iOS or Android app (£15/engineer/month). Jobs get pushed to whoever is closest or available.
Will it integrate with my accounts software?
