Pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?
No. Sign up, use it, cancel anytime. The 14 days are on the same software our paying customers use. Every feature unlocked, real customer data, real engineers in the field. No card required.
What counts as an “admin user”?
Anyone who logs into the dashboard. Office staff, managers, accounts. Engineers in the field use the mobile app and are billed at the £15/engineer rate.
How does “pay 10 months, get 12” work?
Pay the equivalent of 10 months upfront and we cover the other 2. For 1 admin + 2 engineers (£100/month) that’s £1,000 a year instead of £1,200 – saves £200.
Can I add or remove users mid-month?
Yes. We pro-rate. Add an engineer for a busy month, take them off the next, no contract.
What about VAT?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. UK businesses can reclaim it in the usual way.
